The prince is restless. He's young, had a taste of war, and peace does not agree with him just yet. How is he to defend Asgard if he gets sloppy and lazy? That will not do! So he goes in search of his favorite sparring partner.

"Sif! Siiiiif!!"

He turns when he hears her and his whole face lights up. "Sif! Training hard already, I see?"

"Certainly." She grinned, setting her weapon aside for the moment. "And why, might I ask, were you asking for me?"

"Can a friend not inquire of another friend's well-being without arousing suspicion?" His innocent face needs work. "I was thinking of taking a stroll."

But really, when has Thor ever just taken a stroll?

"Oh, and you thought you might perhaps require protection whilst strolling?" She was far from stupid. It was obvious that he had inquired for her for another reason. But she was willing to play along.

"And what if I say no, to taking a stroll with you?"

He gasps with mock surprise. "You would dare deny your prince a request?"

"Yes, I dare." She replied in much the same mocking manner, fighting to keep herself from bursting out with laughter. "I would hate for you to become spoiled because I gave in to your requests far too often."

"Ah, Sif," he says as he wraps an arm around her shoulders and squeezing. "Such a wondrous friend, always striving to keep me at my best. What would I do without you?"
